An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully verified. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability, in which case any payment collected will be refunded. You may optionally provide your GSTIN at checkout to receive a GST-compliant tax invoice reflecting your business details. 4. Products, Licensing and Deliverables Products and SaaS platforms listed on our website are provided subject to the specific licensing terms, billing period and scope communicated at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement, where applicable. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. For custom development engagements, project scope, timelines, deliverables and payment milestones will be governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between Axorvia and the client. 5.
